We couldn’t have located and purchased the condo that we wanted without the professional guidance of our buying agent Adair. He began by using his detailed knowledge of the local housing market to guide us through extensive house tours. He brought an experienced inspector, who redflagged one property that we bid on, which saved us from making a serious mistake (we would have had to tear up most of the walls of the property). He wouldn’t let us be discouraged and help us identify another property and, once the inspector gave us the go ahead, he supported us through the complex process of obtaining a mortgage, working with title/escrow company, and signing the final papers.
