I have been house hunting for a while and In my quest for a new home, I began exploring various options, including those recommended by friends and agents in my friends list as well . Purchasing a new home can truly be daunting for first-time home buyers. At the outset, my husband and I had limited knowledge and were in search of a realtor who could expertly steer us through this journey. We met David Cho in August at the beginning of our home search and he has shown us potential homes almost every weekend. We only had a rough idea about what we were looking for so we started out a fairly wide area within the general Seattle area. I am glad we were able to draw from David's vast experience in terms of different builders, quality, areas, and different construction periods, and we learned a lot from him in the process.We must have seen around 50 properties during our home search and what I always found amazing was how patient he is, always pointing out little details, asking questions, giving insights etc. and he adjusted the places he was showing us according to our evolving ideas about our future home.
