My family came to the PNW from Laos in 1989 and I never left the area. Growing up in Kirkland, Bellevue, and Lynnwood area I had the benefit of seeing our area grow and go through some great transformation over the last few decades. I dedicated my time climbing the corporate ladder the last 16 years. However, in 2021 I started investing aggressively in multi-family long term and short-term rentals and fell in love with the process of buying for myself and helping friends and families navigate the home buying process during one of the most competitive market in recent times. My procurement and contract negotiation background in the corporate setting is a competitive advantage that serve my clients in this environment very well. Outside of my passion for real estate, I enjoy traveling internationally with my beautiful wife and daughter and learning about different cultures through food and drinks, hiking and running.
