Chris Pavlin and the Design Realty team did a fantastic job helping us to sell our house. They helped us with suggestions regarding what to replace/repair prior to sale, put us in contact with contractors that could help us make those changes, and helped in the final preparation of the house for sale. This gave us confidence that we were doing the things necessary to sell the house and to get the best price for it. This was especially important to us, as we had moved out-of-state and had to do much of this remotely. Finally, the house was staged and it was listed for sale. Chris and his team kept us continually apprised of interest levels and sales progress. The market listing was posted on a Thursday afternoon, and by Friday evening we had TWO legitimate offers! A short bidding war was negotiated by Chris into the evening on Friday, resulting in an even better sales price. By the end of the day Tuesday we had agreed on compensation for a couple minor repairs and the house was sold.
