Daniel is a native of the PNW. He, his wife, and their three kids have settled in East Renton and enjoy living in the trees and working on their mini-farm. They love to go on bike rides, play in water wherever they can find it, learn Chinese (or at least try...), and go on road trips to see the sights. Recently they've done a lot of exploring on the California Coast. They say their favorite place thus far is Pacific Grove/Monterey area. Someday they would love to visit China and Europe. Daniel also loves golf, Star Wars, and gluten-free treats (ask him about his butternut squash pie). Daniel has been a Realtor for 15 years and deeply loves helping others succeed. One achievement that he is proud of in real estate is becoming a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is awarded to the top 3% of Realtors nationwide. Daniel has helped families in the Northwest buy or sell homes over 200 times. He says, "I love being an agent because I like taking something complex and breaking it down so anyone can understand it. The problems associated with one's home can be very stressful as well and I feel so good when I can help someone accomplish their goal AND feel great at the end."
