I'm a PNW native with over ten years of experience working with real estate investors in the local market. I've worked in construction, in both the residential and commercial space, worked for a property management tech start-up, and on the acquisitions arm for a real estate investment brokerage, finding both on and off-market deals for my clients.

I've done my fair share of personal investing as well, yet, regardless of how much I know, there's always more to learn. I like to keep a constant watch on the local market and I'm always on the hunt for good deals. I also enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them to create and deploy a strategy that gets them what they want for the right price!

A general anxiety over, "how to make the right decisions" when, " you don't know what you don't know" can muddy the waters and cause people to make costly mistakes or miss golden opportunities. Outside of work, I enjoy writing and playing music, watching a good game, or hanging with my pup Shiloh.
