We had an outstanding experience working with our real estate agent Julia!! From the very beginning, she has guided us seamlessly through the process of selling our property with professionalism, dedication, and great attention to detail. Her market knowledge and strategic approach made the sale smooth and successful. What truly sets her apart is the continued support she has provided afterward, helping us in our search for the perfect equestrian property. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly patient, responsive, and proactive every step of the way. We are genuinely grateful for her expertise and commitment, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell—especially if you have unique property needs like we did. Julia was very responsive throughout the buying process and helpful in negotiations. She also has great insight into the real estate market in the whole greater Seattle metro area. The inspection process was seamless, and when I was trying to decide what to repair, and what credits to request, she gave me fantastic recommendations. My transaction went incredibly smoothly as a result and I highly recommend working with Julia. -Anakin Trotter

Julia was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly communicative, had an extensive (and cost effective) lender network, and helped us get our home purchase closed in 1 month start to finish. I would absolutely work with Julia again in the future! -Jack Shonka
