Life has been a beautiful journey of growth, learning, and love—and I’m grateful for every chapter. Professionally, I bring 8+ years of experience in HR, operations, analytics, and people management, having worked with global organizations like Amazon, Deloitte, and GE Capital. Those years taught me something invaluable: how to listen deeply, communicate clearly, stay ethical, and take responsibility for people’s most important moments. On the personal side, I am first and foremost a proud mother of two—including my 16-year-old son Aarav, who constantly inspires me to grow. Our family also includes our lovable 5-year-old Siberian Husky, who keeps life joyful and energetic. I’ve been happily married for 20 years to my best friend, Sairam, and I truly feel blessed to be married to someone I started my life journey with as a friend. 💛 I’m originally from the south of India, and my roots keep me grounded. I’m deeply passionate about dance, music, yoga, and travel, all of which teach balance, discipline, and creativity—qualities I bring into my work every day.
